Precision Colour Matching
One of the biggest challenges in vehicle refinishing is getting the colour exactly right. European manufacturers use complex paint formulations — metallic finishes, pearlescent coats, tricoat systems — that are difficult to replicate with generic products.
Glasurit addresses this with the world's most comprehensive colour database and a fully digital colour matching process. With over 90 tinting bases and mixing clears, the system achieves what Glasurit calls 100% colour accuracy. For our customers, that means no visible difference between the repaired panel and the rest of the vehicle.
Lower Environmental Impact
The 100 Line keeps VOC (volatile organic compound) levels under 250 grams per litre — 40% below the legal limit, regardless of temperature conditions. This is independently verified through the ECOcert100 programme, certified by TÜV Süd.
The system also uses around 30% less material than conventional alternatives, and a new Multi-Purpose-Tintable product allows leftover mixes to be reused, cutting consumption by a further 20%.
